Entries are now open for the 2025 Argyllshire Gathering Piping Competition, taking place on Wednesday 27 and Thursday 28 August 2025 in Oban, Argyll.

Once your application has been considered, you will be notified by the end of March 2025 to say whether you have been accepted. You will then be able to pay your £50 entry fee online (if applicable).
Entries for the senior competitions, including the Senior Piobaireachd and the Former Winners March, Strathspey and Reel will close on 31 January 2025. Late entries will not be accepted. The £50 entry fee for accepted entrants must be received by 1st June 2025.
The Highland Society of London state that entries for The MacGregor Memorial competition should be received by 31st March 2025. This competition will be capped at 30 competitors.
This year entries for the local and junior competitions must also be made online - entries on the field will not be accepted.
